We usually work with the client to create a hiring process with specific selection stages or implement an existing process in the company.
Typically, the search and selection process includes the following stages: building a sourcing strategy, sourcing target candidates, CV screening, and a recruiter interview, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, a test assignment, and the final interview.Yes. If you need to replace a current employee or if the search cannot be publicly disclosed in the market, we maintain confidentiality.
We always work with the client to align on all the important details.Payment consists of two parts: an advance payment (which may vary depending on the complexity of the vacancy) and full payment for services within 10 business days after the employee starts.
The commission percentage for completed work depends on the vacancy and the time taken to fill it.
We also offer package collaboration options.If such a candidate does not pass the probation period, we provide one free replacement.
