talentC collects personal data that is necessary to provide you with the opportunity to use the Website, to provide you with the necessary assistance, and to communicate with you.

talentC collects only the following categories of personal data of users:

Full name (surname, first name) for identification purposes.

Contact details for communication, saving them in the internal client contact database or in the internal candidate database. It is also used to send information about communication channels with our agency, employment opportunities (vacancies), and invitations to participate in the general community in the Telegram messenger. Contact details include email address, phone number, username in the Telegram messenger and any other contacts that a person can leave in the feedback form on our website.

Data on the user's qualifications (place of study (higher education institution), speciality, place of work, position, CV and the data contained therein).

Data collected by the Website automatically by the software installed on your device: cookies, technical information about the device used to use the Website (in particular, browser type, device type and model, operating system version), information about user interaction with the Website (in particular, access time, address of the requested page, views, clicks, form filling, traffic sources).

4. What are the grounds for processing personal data?

talentC processes your data on the following grounds:

To process the completed feedback form on our Website based on Article 11.1(3) of the Law of Ukraine”‘On Personal Data Protection” (conclusion and execution of a transaction to which the personal data subject is a party or which is concluded in favour of the personal data subject or for the implementation of measures preceding the conclusion of a transaction at the request of the personal data subject).

To analyse your interaction with our Website, to send marketing emails, to communicate about current and future offers on the basis of Article 11.1(6) of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” (the need to protect the legitimate interests of the personal data controller or a third party to whom personal data is transferred, unless the needs to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of the personal data subject in connection with the processing of their data outweigh such interests).

5. What is the retention period for personal data?

We will only retain personal data for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in clause 3 above.

If you do not want us to store your personal data for the specified period, you may exercise your right to have your data deleted by sending a letter to hi@talentc.tech. We will delete your data within 30 days of receiving such an email.
